Production Team Member
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our production team as a Process Operator.
This casual role involves working up to 38 hours per week Monday to Friday between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm at our Wellcamp location. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of food processing and packing line requirements that align with achieving production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct pre-production checks and equipment setup to ensure smooth production timelines.
* Operate machinery, troubleshoot issues, and follow all work instructions.
* Perform quality checks, maintain equipment cleanliness, and adhere to food safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements:
* Prior experience in process work, preferably in the food industry or FMCG background.
* Desirable skills include HACCP and GMP knowledge, effective communication skills, and a certificate 3 in Food Processing.
