About the role

Our Social & Content team is growing, and we're looking for an Account Manager (Social) to join us.

This is a role for someone who lives and breathes social — across content, culture, creators and the internet. Someone who knows what works on platform, why it works, and how to actually make it.

You'll own the day-to-day running of client social channels — planning, producing and publishing always-on content, managing communities, leading influencer activity, and spotting reactive opportunities worth jumping on.

Hands‐on content creation is a core part of this role. We're looking for someone who can shoot, edit and write platform‐native content themselves — not just brief it. You'll be comfortable picking up a phone, producing a Reel, cutting a TikTok and writing the caption to match.

This is also a client‐facing role. You'll lead WIPs, build strong relationships, shape recommendations and help keep work on track — supported by senior team members and supporting coordinators below you.

We're looking for someone obsessed with the influencer space, deeply across trends, and confident running creator programs end‐to‐end. Someone who notices what's shifting in culture before the brief lands, and brings ideas to the table without being asked.

* Owning the day‐to‐day management of client social channels — content planning, scheduling, publishing and community management
* Hands‐on content creation across formats (filming, editing, copywriting, in-app and offline) for client channels
* Leading influencer and creator activity end‐to‐end — sourcing, briefing, contracting, managing relationships and tracking performance
* Developing and delivering monthly content plans, campaign activity and reactive opportunities
* Spotting trends, cultural moments and platform shifts, and translating them into recommendations clients can act on
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, including WIPs, status updates and day‐to‐day comms
* Contributing to social strategy and campaign thinking in response to briefs
* Managing workflows, timelines, scopes and approvals across always‐on activity and campaigns
* Working closely with strategy, creative and paid teams to deliver integrated social programs
* Supporting and mentoring coordinators, helping lift capability across the team
* Maintaining a high standard of output, attention to detail and quality control across all work
What we're looking for:
* 2-3 years' experience in social media, content, digital, PR or integrated agency roles
* Hands‐on content creation skills are a must — filming, editing, design, photography or videography (in-app or offline)
* Proven experience owning and managing brand social channels day‐to‐day
* Experience managing influencer and creator programs from sourcing through to reporting
* Deep knowledge of the influencer landscape, internet culture, emerging trends and what's shifting on platform
* Strong understanding of social platforms and what works natively across each one
* Excellent writing skills and the ability to shape tone of voice across different brands
* Confident in client communications, presenting work and contributing to recommendations
* Strong understanding of content performance, reporting and optimisation
* Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once
* Curious, collaborative, culturally switched‐on and genuinely obsessed with the space
* A degree in Marketing, PR, Advertising, Communications or similar is helpful, but not essential
