Senior Project Manager Job

This Senior Project Manager role is an excellent opportunity to work on projects related to Parkinson's disease and other neurological conditions.
The successful candidate will collaborate with investigators, partners, people with lived experience, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful coordination and timely completion of the ParkinsonNet project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and coordinate research-related administration, including governance and ethics approvals, timelines, risk registries, communication strategy, and data collection and management protocols.
* Coordinate project team, investigator, steering, and consumer group meetings and provide high-level support and advice.
* Assist with the coordination and oversight of data collection, including surveys, focus groups, interviews, audits, and questionnaires.
* Prepare and submit reports and be the main point of contact for all internal and external bodies as required.
Requirements:
* Completion of a bachelor's degree (preferably health-related) with at least 4 years relevant experience, extensive experience, and management expertise.
* An excellent record in managing large research projects (or similar) from planning phase to completion, where there are significant human and financial needs.
* Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to be self-directed, manage competing priorities, and use initiative, innovation, and problem-solving skills for day-to-day management of the study and achievement of milestones and deadlines.
* Proven experience in conducting research, including ethics approval processes, recruitment, data management, and quality control.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people, including maintaining effective and productive links locally and nationally with disciplines, profession, industry, and wider community.
Benefits:
Appointment to this role will be at HEO 7 with a total remuneration package of up to $130,943 comprising base salary within the range of $101,821 to $111,917 plus 17% superannuation.
