About the role:
This is an entry-level position supporting our sales team, with involvement in day-to-day administrative tasks to help keep projects and client interactions running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting the sales team with client enquiries and appointment coordination
* Supporting preparation of estimates, documentation, and client selections
* Providing general administrative support across the office as required
* Assisting with document management, printing, and presentation materials
* Learning about construction processes, materials, and finishes
* Helping ensure a smooth and professional client experience from first contact through to handover
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
* Is organised, reliable, and willing to take initiative
* Enjoys working in a team and contributing wherever needed
* Has good attention to detail and is comfortable using email and basic systems
It would be great if you also have:
* Previous experience in administration, customer service, or real estate
* An interest in property, design, or construction
