POSITION OBJECTIVES:
Treloar Civil & Quarries operate a number of Quarries within the North-West of Tasmania and are seeking someone to join their team in this critical part of business operations. The position will be responsible for:
* Complex crushing and screening plant operations and basic maintenance
* Operating Front End Loaders and a range of mobile and fixed plant as required
* Conducting routine activities to ensure ongoing safe and reliable operations
* General housekeeping measures, for example, operating a water truck
* Contributing to Treloar's QHSE management plan

POSITION SPECIFIC ATTRIBUTES:
* Minimum 2-5 years experience working in a Quarry or similar environment previously
* Ability to work with a small team and unsupervised
* Knowledge of crushing and blending to meet standards and specifications
* Ability to meet production targets and complete allocated tasks within agreed timeframes
* Highly motivated to be safe in everyday activities
* Documented competencies in operating relevant plant
* Valid driver's licence
