Key Responsibilities:
* Analysis & Design: Interpret user stories and functional specifications to design comprehensive test cases and prepare sophisticated test data.
* End-to-End Testing: Execute manual and automated testing suites, including smoke, functional, regression, and integration testing.
* Defect Management: Log and manage bugs via JIRA and Zephyr, ensuring every issue is tracked from discovery to resolution.
* Automation Development: Contribute to the growth of our test automation capabilities to increase efficiency and coverage.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements and validate system functionality.
* Low-Level Analysis: Perform business analysis to troubleshoot and resolve underlying system issues.
* Release Management: Verify production releases and manage testing activities across multiple concurrent projects.
