Little Miss is part of Meraki Group, the Central Coast’s premier hospitality group. We are searching for a Head Chef ready to help grow the coastal dining scene. This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside Meraki Group’s Executive Chef, Joshua Grant, and step into a kitchen that is driven, creative and uncompromising in quality.
Meraki Group is responsible for Kefi at Koolewong, Motel Mezza and Hernandos in Wyong and Little Seed Catering. Little Miss stands proudly as our newest venue. We don’t hire often at this level. When we do, it’s because we’re looking for the best.

• Lead the kitchen of Little Miss, our coastal Mediterranean venue in Terrigal
• Collaborate closely with Executive Chef Joshua Grant on menu development, systems and creative direction
• Play a key part in a group that is raising the hospitality benchmark on the Central Coast

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step up
• Strength in leading teams, mentoring chefs and building a high-performance culture
• Deep understanding of menu design, costing, ordering and supplier relationships
• Meticulous standards of quality, consistency and presentation
• A calm, organised and solutions-focused approach under pressure
• Pride in your craft and a drive to deliver exceptional food every day
