HSE Advisors
We are seeking experienced HSE Advisors to join our team in various locations around Australia, including FIFO and Perth-based roles, across both civil infrastructure and mining projects. Whether you're a seasoned HSE professional or starting to build your career, if you have the right attitude, communication skills, and drive to succeed, we want to hear from you. Opportunities exist for both immediate start and upcoming projects.
About our Role
We have existing work for you to walk into and take on tomorrow; our clients and relationships are established. We are continuing to grow our team by developing our own capabilities and bringing in experience to support us all. We see this role as a future leader in our business and are looking for you to grow and develop future team members.
Support will be provided by our director and team, who are industry-leading construction professionals and will be on hand to coach, guide and support your transition into our business.
What can you expect?
As an experienced safety professional, we do not provide a shopping list of standard tasks. A key focus of your role will be field-based safety leadership, partnering with onsite management and supervision to ensure compliance and, more importantly, to drive a culture of safety excellence through behaviours and actions aligned with operating above the line.

* Confident with systems, reporting and compliance
Essentials:
* Minimum Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (WHS)
* Valid Driver's Licence and White Card
