Job Description:
We are seeking an OTC Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced community pharmacy. The ideal candidate will have experience working in OTC sales and possess excellent customer service skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level customer care, offering advice on over-the-counter sales products, and maintaining an attractive shelf display.
The role involves receiving orders, updating products on till systems, handling and checking off invoices and statements, cleaning stock, floor, and facilities, and performing till duties.

Requirements:
* Prior experience working in OTC sales is essential.
* A certification in Pharmacy retail, technician, or similar is advantageous.
* Experience in Health/Nutrition or Beauty Industry is beneficial.
* Excellent customer service skills are required.
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail are necessary.
* A team player who enjoys working with the public in a fast-paced environment.
