Job Summary:
The Administration Officer Gailes Community Care Unit (CCU) provides reception support and direct administrative support to the Gailes CCU Team Leader. This position is responsible for maintaining an efficient, effective, ethical and confidential administrative and secretarial environment.
About The Role:
This role involves contributing to the improvement of business processes and systems that enhance the functioning of the clinical area. It also requires supporting the team-based delivery of mental health rehabilitation services to consumers and stakeholders within a community residential, integrated mental health service setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing high level written communication skills including advanced knowledge of computer applications.
* Preparing and editing all forms of documentation with a focus on attention to detail.
* Liaising effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders by applying interpersonal and communication skills.
* Delivering professional customer service and achieving outcomes in an autonomous manner.
Requirements:
* Vaccinated against certain vaccine preventable diseases as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16.
