Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per weekAn opportunity is available for two experienced Workforce Development Senior Advisors to support a large-scale digital transformation program within a major NSW Government education environment.
These roles focus on building workforce capability through high-quality learning and development solutions, supporting a significant enterprise system upgrade impacting a broad and diverse workforce. About the RoleYou will work closely with change, program and business stakeholders to design and deliver learning solutions that enable staff to successfully adopt new digital systems and ways of working.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys partnering with subject matter experts, translating technical concepts into practical learning experiences, and delivering outcomes in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse workforce capability requirements and identify learning needs for end users
* Design and deliver digital and blended learning solutions, including online modules and virtual training sessions
* Partner with business SMEs and stakeholders to co-design effective L&D solutions
* Develop clear, user-friendly learning resources that support system adoption
* Manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight timeframes
* Build strong, collaborative relationships across the business to support project outcomes
About You
You will bring demonstrated experience in workforce development, organisational development or learning and development, ideally within a complex or government environment.
Key skills and experience include:
* Experience designing and delivering end-user training for system or software upgrades
* Strong stakeholder engagement and partnering capability
* Instructional design experience and development of digital learning resources
* Experience with LMS platforms (e.g. Moodle) and content authoring tools (Articulate Rise highly regarded)
* Ability to work in an agile, delivery-focused environment
* Experience with ERP or SAP-related training (desirable, not essential)
