You will spend your day;
* Managing a income protection and lump sum claims focused portfolio from lodgement through to finalisation
* Determining eligibility, liability and managing the claim process to achieve return to work outcomes
* Develop claims strategies including injury management and/or rehab
They will love your background in;
* Life insurance claims assessment experience
ideally across all products with DA (group or retail life insurance)
* Strong understanding of LICOP standards and claims management process
* Qualification in legal or allied health will be highly regarded
