Job Title: Quality and Governance Professional
The successful candidate will lead quality improvement initiatives, manage safety issues, and report directly to the Director of Clinical Governance.
* Ensure compliance with National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
* Manage safety issues and implement corrective actions.
* Develop and maintain quality improvement plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead quality improvement projects to improve patient safety and healthcare outcomes.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and mitigate safety risks.
* Analyze data to inform quality improvement strategies.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Healthcare Management, Public Health, or Nursing.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in quality improvement and patient safety.
