What You'll Be Doing
* Run a high‐performing business: Own revenue, profitability, and guest experience like it's yours (because you're treated like it is)
* Lead through your Restaurant Manager: Coach and develop your RM to own day‐to‐day execution while you focus on bigger commercial impact
* Grow Sales: Driving growth outside the restaurant (local partnerships, business development, marketing activation)
* Build community connections: Turn your venue into a local hotspot through partnerships and grassroots marketing
* Develop talent that sticks: Build a pipeline of future leaders, not just a roster of shift fillers
* Run the numbers: Partner with your RM to hit KPIs, manage budgets, and drive real commercial outcomes
