About the Role
INDEX Consultants are supporting a Victorian Public Sector client with multiple D365 Projects. We are seeking a skilled D365 Consultant to join our team for a pivotal 6-month contract for this client. As a Consultant, you will play a crucial role in a multi-year Dynamics 365 transformation project.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, configure, and tailor Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions to align with business needs.
* Develop and implement plugins, workflows, Power Automate, Power Apps, and custom integrations.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective D365 solutions.
* Develop and customise D365 Customer Journeys and related modules to optimise user experience and operational efficiency.
Skills Requirement
* Proven experience as a Developer specialising in Dynamics 365.
* In-depth knowledge of D365 Customer Journeys and related modules.
* Hands‐on experience with Microsoft Flows and Power Platform Development.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
* MANDATORY - Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered for this role.
