JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Tech Hub team enables our companies' businesses to achieve their technology-driven goals. We deliver a range of areas from leading and supporting the company through to the build or adoption of new technology, to protecting against risk, and delivering valuable data insights that transform our technology capabilities with spectacular results and are responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and operating systems. As an IT Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, networks, and software applications, working with clients across Tech Hub to provide technical support to end-users, ensuring that all IT-related issues are resolved promptly and efficiently within our vast community of solvers.

What you'll do
Provide 2nd / 3rd level support, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring timely request tracking.
Maintain and administer IT systems, infrastructure, and related documentation (guides, FAQs, knowledge articles).
Collaborate with IT teams for seamless service, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and system improvements.
Guide first-line support staff and support developers with managed environments and deployment processes.
Document and review requirements, oversee processes, and create / manage DevOps pipelines.
What we're looking for
Experienced in technical support, troubleshooting hardware / software, and system administration.
Knowledgeable in network infrastructure, protocols, integration, automation, and DevOps.
Provides expert technical advice and solves complex problems using experience and judgment.
Plans annual priorities, manages workload, contributes to large projects, and leads small improvements.
