The Role:
You’ll be managing key accounts and developing strong professional relationships with a network of healthcare providers and partners. This field-based role will see you driving sales and supporting clinical teams across your territory—helping to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
Key responsibilities include:
* Achieving sales targets through strategic account management
* Delivering value to wholesale and referral partners using a solutions-based approach
* Educating and supporting customers on the latest sleep and respiratory care technologies
* Leading promotional activities and marketing initiatives across the region
* Identifying new business opportunities and driving growth within your territory
* Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records (Salesforce/Tableau)
* Regular travel across Queensland (and occasionally WA) required
Who we’re looking for:
You’ll bring energy, initiative, and strong commercial acumen to the role. You’re someone who builds trust quickly, communicates with clarity, and is genuinely passionate about making a difference in healthcare.
To be successful, you’ll need:
* A background in healthcare, life sciences, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
* Proven experience in sales or key account management, ideally within medical devices or pharma
* Strong influencing and communication skills—especially in clinical environments
* The ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
* A proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on long-term relationship building
* Willingness to travel throughout QLD and WA as needed
