Position:
Senior Financial Accountant (6-Month Fixed Term Contract, Maternity Leave Cover)
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per annum, plus superannuation

About the Role:
As a Senior Financial Accountant you'll be an integral part of their accounting team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing accounts payable and receivable processes
* Preparing financial statements and reports
* Conducting financial analysis and forecasting
* Assisting with budgeting and variance analysis
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* CPA or CA qualification preferred
* Minimum 3 years of corporate accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry
* Proficiency in large ERP systems (JDE, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
