About the role
The Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating consistent, efficient and effective end to end volunteer recruitment activity across the organisation.
This role provides administrative support, guidance and advice to Volunteer Managers, the Community Mobilisation Team and candidates during the recruitment process.
With a focus on applicant experience, the Coordinator ensures that the recruitment process is Volunteer centric and promotes a positive experience for all involved.
About you
You will bring:
* Demonstrated sound technical knowledge and expertise in recruitment administration in a high-volume internal recruiting team
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise competing demands and provide a high level of accurate and timely work
* Sound skills and experience in the use of online recruitment systems
* Proven team player with excellent communications skills and a strong customer service focus
* Demonstrated adaptability, problem solving and ability to identify process improvement opportunities
* Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
* Ability to manage time, set priorities, plan and organise their own work
* Ability to work under general direction from senior employees within clear objectives
