Job Description
Confluence Water is committed to delivering sustainable and innovative water solutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Quality Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the delivery of critical water infrastructure for the people of Sydney.
As a Quality Manager at Confluence Water, you will play a critical role in supporting our delivery teams to meet standards of quality and comply with regulatory requirements. In this role, you’ll be responsible for continuously improving the effectiveness and efficiency of quality across capital works projects and the maintenance of Sydney Water assets. You will use your problem-solving skills to identify quality issues and systematically implement corrective or preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
Location: Primarily based at Chatswood with site presence across our footprint 1-2 days per week. This operational role is suited for someone who thrives on being on-site and collaborating with operational teams.

About Us
Confluence Water, a Ventia, Downer, and Jacobs joint venture, is one of three Regional Delivery Partnerships providing services for Sydney Water. We ensure that Sydney Water continues to operate smoothly for residents in the North Region of Sydney, handling emergencies during severe weather and delivering a pipeline of capital works over the next five years.
Our services include design, construction, maintenance, and facilities management covering from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River, including the Hills Shire.
