Building Manager and Assistant Building Managers
Field Agents - managing routine inspections, entry and exit inspections
Leasing Agents - managing open homes and application processing
Sales Administrators - managing sales contracts, marketing and assisting sales agents with general admin
Receptionists and Admin Assistants
The Ideal Candidates
Minimum one full year of property or building management experience - either in agency or onsite
WA Certificate of Registration or full Real Estate Agent License (only for Property Managers)
Reliable car and open WA drivers' license
Proficiency in one or more software packages – Property Me, Property Tree, Console Cloud, Inspect Real Estate, Inspection Express etc.
Professionally presented, reliable and with an adaptable mindset
