About the Role

What your day will look like:
* Deliver responsive personal care tailoredto residents' individual needs and care plans.
* Collaborate with Registered and EnrolledNurses to ensure high‐quality care.
* Assist residents with mobility, personal needs, and daily tasks.
* Encourage social engagement through leisure activities.
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure care plans are followed.

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
What You Bring to the Role
We're looking for someone who:
* Has a Certificate III in Aged Care, IndividualSupport, or equivalent.
* Holds a current NDIS Worker Check (essential).
* Has experience in providing personal care to residents.
* Can work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Demonstrates empathy, reliability, and a genuine passion for aged care.
