Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Insurance Broker to join our team on a full-time basis, both in the Brisbane office and traveling to see new and existing clients. In this role, the successful candidate will manage a portfolio of clients to provide tailored insurance solutions, addressing their unique requirements. Responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, preparing insurance policies, negotiating with insurers for the best terms, and providing insurance advice. Additionally, the Senior Insurance Broker will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and contribute to process improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance-related practices
* Proven skills in Customer Service, with a focus on relationship management and client satisfaction
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to operate efficiently in an on-site team environment
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in insurance (Diploma of Insurance Broking and/or Tier 1)
* Experience in a senior brokerage or advisory role is a plus.
Compensation
* Base Salary of $80,000 inclusive of Super.
* Bonuses based on Book performance.
