Senior Recruiter Leader
This role has a broad scope across the South Pacific region, where you will manage key elements of the recruitment process and support strategic recruitment initiatives.
You will make an impact by:
1. Overseeing recruitment processes for internal and external applicants, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
2. Managing and coaching a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and professional growth.
3. Developing sourcing strategies and building candidate pipelines through multiple channels.
4. Collaborating with external recruiting sources and attending recruiting events as needed.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing recruitment teams, proven success in delivering projects across diverse regions, and advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics are required.
