As a key member of our Infrastructure team, you will architect, deploy, and manage the core infrastructure supporting our digital services across physical, virtual, network, and cloud environments. With a focus on Microsoft 365, you will lead the design, implementation, optimization, and proactive management of our M365 ecosystem. This role ensures seamless integration and efficient operation of related services, impacting organizational productivity and collaboration. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be vital for resolving complex technical issues and maintaining continuous service delivery.
Key duties and responsibilities
This role focuses on the implementation and operation of reliable, high-performing Microsoft 365 services, interconnected with Azure, Entra ID, Graph API, Purview, Power BI, and Copilot. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining the M365 environment, ensuring compliance with security, organizational, and government regulations, and developing technical documentation such as system configurations, operational procedures, and user guides.
Qualifications
Technical skills:
Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 suite (Azure, Entra ID, Graph API, Purview, Power BI, Copilot), including automation and scripting across M365 and on-premises environments.
Experience implementing Microsoft 365 in complex ICT environments with significant on-premises integration.
Skills in platform integration, automation, and scripting to ensure seamless enterprise system operation.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Federal Government experience is desirable.
Desirable criteria
Relevant Microsoft certifications in Azure, Entra ID, Graph API, Purview, Power BI, and Copilot.
