About the role
* Plan, coordinate and execute a variety of events including seminars, networking functions, client information sessions, community outreach events and internal firm events.
* Collect feedback and use your ideas to make our events even better.
* Pitch in with marketing materials and support initiatives to grow our events program.
About you
* You have some previous experience in organising or supporting events in a professional environment, such as a venue, professional services firm (e.g. law or accounting), industry associations, or charity.
* You're eager to learn, ready to step up, and keen to take on new challenges.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Experience with CRM systems is desirable.
* You're proactive organised, detail-oriented, and can juggle several tasks at once without breaking a sweat.
* You enjoy working with people and are comfortable communicating face-to-face, by email, or over the phone.
* You're flexible to work outside standard business hours as needed for events.
* You have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for occasional travel.
