Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead our Infant & Family Services Team. This role involves overseeing a dynamic team of practitioners, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Infant & Family practitioners to provide intervention to families according to their needs and goals.
* Implement and evaluate evidenced-based practice methods.
* Develop and deliver innovative interventions in collaboration with the Kids First Leadership team.
* Undertake leadership tasks, projects, and portfolio areas.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity with leadership responsibility for a team.
* Relevant tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, child and family social welfare or related discipline.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and support change, innovation, and quality improvements at an organisational/operational level.
* Skills and experience in providing leadership, support, and supervision to staff.
