Cabinet Tech is a successful family-owned and operated business that has been established in Port Adelaide for the last 45 years. We work alongside Adelaide's leading commercial builders and architects, residential builders and home renovators and pride ourselves on building relationships and our quality of work.
We are currently recruiting for the following position:
Delivery Driver and general in office labourer
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently delivering cabinets and other products to customer locations using our company vehicle
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
- Providing excellent customer service and representing the company in a professional manner
- Performing general labouring tasks such as packing, unpacking, and moving materials
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our warehouse and workshop areas
- Supporting the production team as needed with basic tasks
What we're looking for
- A valid driver's licence and experience driving medium-sized vehicles
- Strong physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry would be an advantage
Hours, benefits and employment
Cabinet Tech's normal operating hours are from 8am until 4:30pm Monday to Friday, with 13 Paid RDOs per year. Overtime hours will be required when requested to be worked Monday-Friday and in addition a 4-hour shift Saturdays AM.
