About the role

The Administration Assistant will coordinate a wide range of administrative duties and organise daily office tasks. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team across various functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office.

Some of the day-to-day duties will include:

* Greeting visitors, answering and screening incoming phone calls.
* Assist directors with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
* Assist with basic accounts tasks such as customer invoicing and statements, and cross‐check supplier statements.
* Assist with audit preparation – collating documents, performing regular file audits to ensure paperwork is consistently up to date.
* Maintain and regularly update the labour‐hire employees' spreadsheet, including induction records and VEVO checks.
* Coordinate and support the ordering of employee uniforms and maintain an accurate and up-to-date uniform register.
* Coordinate the Boardroom calendar, ensuring the room is set up and clean before and after every meeting.
* Order office supplies such as stationery, groceries, stock, etc.

Skills & Experience

* Strong organisational and time‐management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administration role preferred but not essential.

To be considered for this role you will have

* Current open driver licence – essential.
* A reliable personal vehicle to undertake business‐related errands in town – essential.
