Are you detail-oriented with a knack for keeping things running smoothly We are looking for a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team based in Mackay this role youll ensure the seamless management of our maintenance records vehicle registrations and invoicing processes. Your work will be pivotal in maintaining the efficiency and compliance of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately maintain and update maintenance records in the system
Process and approve vehicle registrations in a timely manner
Manage Timesheet entries across the teams
Create and manage job cards and work orders to keep workshop activities running efficiently
Handle invoice processing receive code and approve for timely payments
Verify supplier statements against received invoices
Provide ad hoc support as needed to assist the broader team.
What youll bring
Experience in similar role within the fleet or transport industry
Prior experience within a large complex organisation with a broad range of business operations products and services
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Well-developed communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to liaise with stakeholders of all levels
