Find out more about our shared purpose, and what drives every one of us.
Right now, we're seeking Support Coordinators who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. That's truly rewarding work that will help us continue to deliver life-critical services where it matters.

This role you will spend a high percentage of your day engaging with clients, employers and treating practitioners.
As a Support Coordinator, not only will you contribute to making a positive difference towards people's lives, you will also have the opportunity to work in a small and highly supportive team, in a fun, caring and engaging environment.

This is achieved through early hospital involvement, familial engagement and facilitation of discharge, the development of holistic Independence Plans, effective communication with stakeholders and sound claims management.
