About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our Information Technology Department on a full time basis.
Reporting to the Training Systems and Compliance Manager, you will provide administrative support to the Business Transformation Team, assist in developing and maintaining training materials and competency records, and contribute to the ongoing digital transformation of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop accurate and effective training material for Hofmann Information System applications;
* Assist in reviewing current business processes, identifying tasks that could be digitized, and supporting the implementation of digital systems to improve efficiency and record keeping;
* Coordinate enrolments, scheduling of training and maintenance of competency records database;
* Work closely with our development team to test new digital business processes and functionality;
* Perform data entry, recording and filing duties;
* Provide administrative support to the team to ensure the smooth running of the department operations
