**The Role**:
As the Head of Sales at KidsCo, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities, revenue growth, and brand awareness for our corporate vacation care and OSHC programs.
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a high-performing sales and marketing team, develop and execute strategic initiatives, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers. **Responsibilities**:
- Develop and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused growth for corporate vacation care and OSHC programs.
- Identify and target high-value opportunities, including major corporate clients and strategic partnerships, to expand KidsCo's market presence.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to lead the acquisition of new clients (HR Departments & C-Suites).
- Conduct sales negotiations and presentations to secure strategic partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
- Forecast and monitor sales performance, adjusting strategies and tactics to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with industry organizations and represent KidsCo at industry events.
- Lead the marketing team in developing integrated sales and marketing campaigns to generate leads and communicate KidsCo's value proposition effectively.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, with a track record of successfully acquiring major contracts and high-value clients.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage and influence key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
- Proficiency in sales analytics and data-driven decision-making to track performance and drive results.
