* Convert validated quotes into sales orders, confirm production schedules, and issue order confirmations.
* Liaise with internal teams to align delivery timelines and ensure order accuracy.
* Generate work orders and coordinate with production to ensure smooth fulfilment.
* Maintain meticulous data integrity across quotes, sales orders, POs, and invoices.
* Support Account Development Managers and Technical Application Specialists with customer follow-ups or clarification requests.
* Handle inbound customer enquiries in a professional and solutions-focused manner.
About You
You're someone who thrives on structure, precision, and teamwork. You enjoy being the operational backbone that keeps things moving, with an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping customers and colleagues alike.
You'll bring:
* 1–2 years' experience in a sales support, order processing, or wholesale environment.
* Strong organisational and data-entry skills with high attention to detail.
* Confidence handling inbound customer enquiries (phone and email).
* Experience with ERP or quoting systems (training provided).
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset - always looking for ways to improve processes and support those around you.
Why You'll Love It
* Join a collaborative, down-to-earth team that values accuracy and teamwork.
* Work with an established, trusted business in growth mode.
* Hybrid of sales, operations, and customer experience - perfect for someone who loves variety.
* Clear career pathway into Account Development or Technical Support roles as you grow.
