Based in a newly established head office on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, this role offers the opportunity to manage and optimise the full digital marketing ecosystem – from websites and social media to CRM and email campaigns. Working closely with the marketing team and centre stakeholders, you will deliver engaging campaigns that enhance customer experience, support retailers, and strengthen centre performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally savvy marketer looking to take ownership of multi-channel campaigns within a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities Website & Digital Channel Management: Maintain and optimise centre websites, ensuring content is current, campaign-aligned, and performance-driven (WordPress). CRM & Email Marketing: Manage the CRM platform, build segmented audiences, and deliver targeted EDM campaigns to drive visitation and customer retention. Social Media Management: Lead content planning, creation, scheduling, and community management across all centre social platforms, supporting both brand and campaign objectives. Campaign Execution: Attend centres periodically, particularly during major campaign launches, peak trading periods, and key activations, to ensure alignment between digital strategy and in-centre execution. Reporting & Insights: Monitor digital performance metrics across web, CRM, social, and email, providing actionable insights to improve effectiveness and ROI. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with centre management and the broader marketing team to ensure cohesive and commercially focused delivery.
