*The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
Provide high-quality Nuclear Medicine services
Drive quality improvement by evaluating and developing clinical practices
Supervise and train graduates and students to ensure excellence in clinical practice and ethics
Efficiently manage routine clinical duties and rosters
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
Tertiary degree in Applied Science / Medical Radiation Science - Nuclear Medicine
AHPRA Registration
Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B
Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Temporary Full Time (up to 18 months)
Base salary ranging from $3, $4,453.50 per fortnight

The Medical Imaging Service delivers a wide range of diagnostic imaging and interventional services across the Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service (GCHHS). The service provides a Level 6 Medical Imaging service at Gold Coast University Hospital, Southport.
