Working within our existing inpatient services, Cognitive Dementia and Memory clinic (CDAMS), Specialist Falls and Balance clinic and GEM@home program, there is also an opportunity for the successful applicant to develop further Geriatric outpatient clinics. Seeks a positive, enthusiastic, team‐orientated Consultant Geriatrician who is able to provide high‐quality clinical and non‐clinical service.
We serve a population of 34,000 with a catchment of 100,000 in the Warrnambool region, the regional centre to Victoria's Great South Coast. Hamilton is located in South West Victoria, a three‐hour drive from Melbourne, offering a vibrant university environment, surf, outdoor sports, and cultural activities.
Requirements
* Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Residents in General Practice (FRACP)
* Extensive clinical experience in geriatrics, preferably in inpatient and outpatient settings
* Strong interpersonal and team‐building skills
* Commitment to delivering high‐quality care and service development
