About This Opportunity
We are seeking experienced and commercially astute sales professionals to join our team, focused on managing existing accounts, identifying new customers, and pursuing growth opportunities in the industrial markets across Queensland.
This role offers a flexible working arrangement with access to an office at our warehouse as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations through consultative selling.
* Drive business expansion of existing accounts.
* Identify, evaluate, and convert new business opportunities.
* Provide innovative product solutions to customers.
* Plan and execute sales activity to drive increased penetration into new market segments.
* Manage key relationships to represent our brand professionally and credibly.
About You:
To be successful, you'll need a mix of excellent account management skills and drive, enthusiasm, and resilience to pursue new business. You derive satisfaction from exceeding customer expectations and achieving targets.
* Experience in a similar role ideally in FMCG, foodservice, packaging, or printing industries.
* Technical sales experience and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
* Proven success in consultative selling and sales conversion.
* A proactive approach and ability to think outside the box.
* Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
