What does the job look like?
Linfox’s Intermodal business unit are currently seeking a motivated and flexible HR driver to join the team located in Cairns QLD. As a part of this role, you will be required to operate our refrigerated HR truck completing a number of loads per day while safely delivering a variety of retail products to our local customers (store, docks and warehouses). We currently have a full-time position available on day shift, working Monday to Friday starting between 5-7am with occasional Saturday or Sunday shifts included. Key Areas:
Driving to Linfox Safety Standards at all times and ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus.Available to work a consistent roster Monday to Friday on day shift plus weekendsCompleting correct load restraints and manual handling techniques.Ability to work & communicate effectively with team members, managers & customers on a day-to-day basis.Good knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation.
