Salary Range: $86,600-$124,725 per annum pending experience + Super

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Teacher – Health and Physical Education with appropriate tertiary qualifications and current registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Queensland College of Teachers. This full‐time, permanent position will commence on 21 April 2026.
You will join a collaborative and supportive team working in partnership with families to provide high‐quality learning experiences. Your strong understanding of contemporary teaching practices and ability to adapt programs for diverse learners will ensure inclusive, engaging Health and Physical Education environments.
You will deliver engaging HPE programs that promote physical activity, wellbeing, teamwork, and personal responsibility. Through effective classroom and practical management, reflective practice, and purposeful assessment, you will support student growth, participation, and achievement.
Guided by Catholic values, you will support the school's mission, prioritise student safety and wellbeing, and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging HPE programs that promote physical activity, wellbeing, teamwork, and personal responsibility.
Use effective classroom and practical management strategies to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Reflect on teaching practice and assess student progress to support growth and achievement.
Qualifications
Appropriate tertiary qualifications and current registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Queensland College of Teachers.
Full‐time, permanent employment commencing on 21 April 2026.
