ABOUT THE ROLE
To lead and manage the Maintenance function, driving engineering support and planning which consistently delivers the full range of engineering services. To ensure the plant has minimal lost time due to mechanical fault/failure, whilst supporting the business achieve its operational and strategic goals through facilitating the optimal use of current and future assets.
Location: Kyneton, Victoria

ABOUT YOU
* 10+ years in similar engineering function
* Demonstrated experience managing an engineering and maintenance function across a site within a large manufacturing/processing/FMCG environment
* Experience managing capital expenditure and leading teams within large capex project works
* Experience Managing teams
* Ability to work alongside a diverse workforce
* Vaccinated (or willing to be) against Q Fever.
