We are seeking an accomplished Emergency Management and Business Continuity professional to coordinate the development, implementation, and ongoing management of emergency management and business continuity management frameworks and plans.
This role will play a pivotal part in advancing emergency management and business continuity planning across West Moreton Health.
The ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate thorough knowledge and application of EMBCM related legislation, standards, directives, and guidelines relevant to the healthcare environment.
Key skills and qualifications for this position include:
* A high level of interpersonal and communication skills, evidenced by the ability to manage projects, facilitate work groups and networks, work in a multidisciplinary environment, and maintain effective working relationships using high-level communication and report writing skills.
* Sound knowledge and application of Business Continuity Management methodologies, principles, and practices.
* The ability to undertake research, training, document development, and evaluation which lead to business improvement outcomes.
