Job Description
Store Manager
We are seeking a Store Manager who will lead and manage all aspects of our retail site. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability while providing an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers, and community members.
You will have experience in retail management or a similar industry and be able to lead, grow, and develop a team of paid employees and volunteers. You will also ensure extraordinary customer service is provided every day, in every interaction, and embed exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards.
We are looking for someone with strong people leadership and management abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills and Qualifications
