The Role requires a Casual Support Worker to join our team providing high-quality, person-centred care to our participants. You'll provide direct assistance to participants, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life. You'll support daily living activities, community engagement, and personal development in line with individual support plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
* Support community participation and recreational activities.
* Monitor and report on participant wellbeing and progress.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

What We Are Looking For:
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or equivalent (or working towards).
* Current First Aid and CPR certification.
* Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach.
