The opportunity now exists for a highly motivated Territory Manager to join our Sales team. You will need to be enthusiastic about representing our brand, act as a reliable point of contact for our customers, and possess sound commercial acumen and a love of great beer!
Job Description
As Territory Sales Manager, you'll own and grow your territory from Wollongong through the South coast and into Eden across on-premise and off-premise accounts.
Role and Responsibilities
* Provides legendary service to Capital Brewing Co customers
* Conduct quality control of Capital beers
* Develops and executes strategic plans to achieve set sales targets
* Open new accounts and identify growth opportunities
* Deliver brand activations and tastings
* Manage call cycles, forecasts and territory planning
* Represent Capital Brewing Co at industry and consumer events as required
* Monitor competitor activity and market/industry trends
* Uses and maintains customer information in CRM to effectively carry out duties and communicate key information with colleagues and manager
Desired Skills and Experience
* Enthusiasm with the ability to build rapport and build on relationships
* Self motivated, organised and results driven
* Experience within the craft beer market/beverage market would be advantage
