Overview
Due to an internal promotion, Otis Australasia is seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to join the Australasia team as Director, Service Sales and Marketing. This role will lead the Service division, driving growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across the region.
Base pay range
A$230,000.00/yr - A$250,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic and business plans for the Service division.
- Lead market analysis, pricing, tendering, and sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Ensure safe, disciplined, and effective field activity management aligned with EH&S; policies.
- Foster a customer-focused culture and build strong relationships across all levels.
- Collaborate across divisions to deliver seamless service and maximise business outcomes.
- Drive performance through effective use of incentive programs.
- Build and lead high-performing teams through recruitment, coaching, and development.
- Ensure robust training for customer-facing and technical employees.
- Partner with State Managers on succession planning and talent development.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and quality standards.
- Embed ACE methodology to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in full P&L; ownership and management.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer relationship management and managing clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong strategic and business planning capabilities.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- Commercial and financial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage the sales portal and generate accurate, meaningful reports.
- Member of the Australasia Leadership Team – shaping regional strategy and business outcomes.
