* Help support decisions that put community safety first. * Present important cases to an independent statutory board. * Work in a fast-paced role where accuracy really matters. * Build strong knowledge of parole processes and justice operations. * Ongoing, full-time role earning $81,496 - $98,955 per year, plus super. What you will do As meeting coordinator, you will support the adult parole board by preparing cases and helping manage board decisions. You will play a key role in keeping board operations accurate, timely and well organised. You will: * prepare and present cases for consideration by the board * coordinate the timely preparation and finalisation of case materials * respond to complex enquiries from government agencies, prisoners and members of the public * support continuous improvements to systems, processes and operational practices * complete high-quality assurance checks to ensure information is accurate and ready for distribution. About you A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable. Knowledge of the Corrections Act 1986, the Sentencing Act 1991 and parole board operations would be an advantage. You should also have: * strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills * the ability to communicate with clarity and adapt your approach to different audiences * strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive working relationships * a commitment to continuous improvement, inclusion and delivering accurate work.
