* Managing project plans, schedules, and IT-related documentation.
* Training and supporting staff in easykind's technology stack.
* Maintaining network security and helping embed cybersecurity best practice.
* Collaborating with our IT team and broader departments to meet business needs.

Qualifications

What you bring:

* Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
* Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and common business apps.
* Basic networking know-how (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
* Excellent communication and a genuine customer-first mindset.
* Confidence working independently and collaboratively.
* Experience with cloud-based solutions.
* Ability to translate "tech-speak" into clear, simple language.

Bonus points

Bonus points if you have:

* Experience coordinating IT infrastructure projects.
* Knowledge of desktop/laptop lifecycle management.
* Exposure to ITIL-based service management.
* Familiarity with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP).
* Hands-on experience with mobile device management (MDM).
* Understanding of cybersecurity practices.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Curiosity, adaptability, and an enthusiasm for learning.

Why you'll love working with us

* At easykind, it's not just about the work—it's about the way we do things. You'll join a supportive, collaborative team that values authenticity, wellbeing, and growth.

Here's what we offer

* Flexible working arrangements, including work-from-home opportunities.
* A supportive team culture that reflects the easykind way—open, collaborative, and people-first.
* Access to mental health and wellbeing programs.
* Service recognition awards to celebrate milestones.

If you're excited by technology, thrive on problem-solving, and want to be part of a team that values both innovation and people, we'd love to hear from you

Apply now and let's make technology work the easykind way.
