Job Title: Maintenance and Facilities Manager
About the Role:
This newly created position will oversee a multi-site footprint across maintenance and facilities, encompassing production, warehousing, and commercial settings.
* Owning and accountable for day-to-day and strategic activities around maintenance/facilities/engineering disciplines.
* Liaising with stakeholders across commercial/operations disciplines.
* Developing robust systems for maintenance to operate effectively, including CMMS utilization and PM planning.
The ideal candidate will possess a hands-on mechanical/electrical background, with formal qualifications preferred but not essential. They should have demonstrated leadership experience within an operational setting, along with manufacturing experience ideally in food/FMCG or industrial settings.
Key skills include good planning/systems capability, both in team structure and broader CMMS and stores/spares aspects.
