About the role:
Our water division is experiencing significant growth, presenting an opportunity to take on a leadership position in specialist areas of process engineering. As part of our team, you will contribute to company goals by providing technical leadership and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, program and coordinate specific projects to deliver agreed outputs on time, within budget and to the desired quality.
* Manage and assist in process and technical engineering, design management, and project management from planning to detailed design of water and wastewater infrastructure.
* Prepare portions of engineering project proposals and maintain good client interactions through active communication.
* Coordinate technical activities and designs with personnel in other disciplines and departments.
* Ensure all technical outputs conform to the project scope, are safe and of appropriate quality.
You'll be responsible for:
* Supporting the development and expansion of our capability in the fields of water and wastewater design.
* Mentoring and guiding other team members through technical advice and guidance.
* Contributing to proposal and bid development to support business development activities.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Chemical, Process) or equivalent.
* Demonstrated process design experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry, with over six years of experience.
* Chartered engineering status preferred but not essential.
